UBC Okanagan offers social anxiety treatment to the public

WHAT: Six to 12 Week Social Anxiety Clinics offered to the public by UBC Okanagan
WHO: UBC Okanagan’s Interprofessional Clinic
WHEN: May to December 2016.
WHERE: Arts & Sciences Centre room 167, 3187 University Way

UBC Okanagan’s Interprofessional Clinic is offering 6 to 12-week social anxiety treatments for people who experience intense anxiety in social situations, have difficulty interacting with others, worry about being judged or do their best to avoid social situations.

Evidence-based psychological treatment services will be administered by clinical psychology graduate students, under the supervision of a registered clinical psychologist.
