UBC Travel is partnering with UNIGLOBE One Travel to provide 24/7 access and ticketing to Concur. Travelers and arrangers will also now be able to view all bookings in the online tool, regardless of whether the booking was made with a live agent at UNIGLOBE or through self-service Concur tool.
If you are a traveler or travel arranger with UBC Travel, please review these three steps after December 5:
- Review and update your traveler or arranger profile in Concur to ensure your information is accurate and complete, including your work contact information, TSA secure flight information, travel preferences, emergency contact info, passport, and frequent traveler programs to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
- Review the new service fees, listed under the Company Notes tab in Concur.
- Take note of the new support contact information, listed below and also under the Company Notes tab in Concur.
