Campus Security reports that suspected bear scat has been found north of the Cassiar Residence, on an unofficial trail leading to Quali Ridge.
The campus community is encouraged to be Bear Aware — exercise caution if you are walking in the woods or along the linear park trails. Also, please ensure that all garbage is properly disposed of.
Bear sightings on campus should be immediately reported to Campus Security, 250-807-8111.
