BRANDON – UBC Okanagan defeated the Brandon Bobcats women's volleyball team 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-19) Friday night.
Even with a fast pace and intensity the Bobcats could not find a way, as the Heat proved to be too strong at the Brandon University Healthy Living Centre.
The Heat jumped to early leads in all three sets, and the Bobcats battled back in the final two sets, but UBC Okanagan's size and experieince proved to be too much for a Bobcats squad riddled with injuries.
