Here are some professional development opportunities for faculty and staff at UBC’s Okanagan campus over the next few weeks:

Monthly RISe drop-in sessions now available

Looking for assistance with your RISe ethics application? Need help navigating in RISe?

The Office of Research Services will be offering monthly RISe drop-in sessions beginning on September 25 (2:30 to 4 p.m. in room ART276).

RISe sessions will continue on the last Thursday of every month, with sessions on October 30 (10 to 11:30 a.m., room ART276) and November 27 (2 to 4 p.m., room TBA).

Fall 2014 BEN schedule released

Behaviour change * Exercise * Nutrition — BEN is the healthy weight and lifestyle program for faculty and staff at UBC Okanagan.

Each week BEN alternates between an exercise-focused class and a theory class.
