Fall Update with Deborah Buszard 

Find out what’s new for the Okanagan campus this year as Deborah Buszard presents the annual Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Principal’s Town Hall fall update (9 to 10:30 a.m., Sept. 3 in the University Centre Ballroom UNC 200).

Staff Awards of Excellence

The Town Hall includes presentations of UBC Okanagan’s Staff Awards of Excellence. These awards are offered each year to staff nominated in the areas of enhancing the UBC experience, leadership, sustainability, and global citizenship.

Barbecue and Information Fair

Later in the morning, faculty and staff are invited to the annual Faculty and Staff Barbecue and Information Fair. Enjoy great food, Centennial Cake, live music, 100 door prizes and lots of information booths to explore.

The Barbecue and Info Fair will take place in the University Commons area (behind the University Centre) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sept. 3.
