The annual Showcase Event that happens the afternoon of Create New Student Orientation is being held on September 3, 2019.
The Showcase is a great opportunity for on-campus groups and campus partners to share their message with the 2,500 new-to-UBC students that are expected in September.

The deadline to apply to be part of Showcase is July 31, 2019. Those who register will be contacted about the event and table arrangement in the coming months by event organizers.
